By using this ERP system (“Software”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Safari Softwares provides a construction management ERP system including project tracking, worker management, invoicing, training modules, and related tools (“Service”).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Safari Softwares is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) upload malicious code; (d) interfere with the operation of the Service.
You retain all ownership of data you enter. Safari Softwares processes your data only to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Safari Softwares may change fees with 30 days’ notice.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Safari Softwares may suspend or terminate access immediately for violation of these Terms.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement. Safari Softwares does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error‑free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safari Softwares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Safari Softwares from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
Safari Softwares may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Safari Softwares regarding the Service.
